20 May, 2013

Grupo Newcomm

SulAmérica Seguros, Previdência, Investimentos e Capitalização - the biggest independent insurance company in the Country with a 117-year history - has just finished the bidding process that picked New Energy as its advertising agency and VML Brazil as responsible for its digital-marketing account. Both companies belong to Grupo Newcomm.

"We are excited because we considered that New Energy and VML Brasil can add much more to our work. SulAmérica has a great challenge, both in the digital medium and in the process of communicating the brand positioning. We trust these new partners," says SulAmérica's marketing director, Zeca Vieira.

According to Walter Longo, New Energy president and Strategy and Innovation Mentor at Grupo Newcomm, winning the advertising account of the biggest independent insurance company in Brazil inaugurates a new phase in the agency's expansion plans. “It's a great honor to have the opportunity to contribute to the strengthening of one of the most traditional brands in the Brazilian market. With SulAmérica, we will further intensify or multidisciplinary actions,” he says.

To Fernando Taralli, VML Brazil president, the addition of SulAmérica to the client portfolio represents a great challenge. “We are going to work to further strengthen the SulAmérica brand in the digital environment, which is becoming more and more competitive and relevant to the companies that work in the insurance segment.”
