— POSSIBLE, a WPP Digital company, is excited to announce several new additions and promotions to the agency’s global leadership team. Each of these appointments reflects POSSIBLE’s continued focus on driving insights for clients, digital innovation, and world-class work. They come on the heels of several new business wins, including clients like Elavon, Microsoft, AT&T, Gillette, and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Jason Burby, President of the Americas.
With 20+ years experience in digital strategy, Jason will now oversee collaboration and long-term planning across the Americas. To date, he has led POSSIBLE as Chief Performance Marketing Officer and will continue to hold this role globally. As a thought leader in data analytics, Jason is the prime candidate to collaborate with clients at the highest level – ensuring their strategy is informed by marketing sciences and creative.
Chien-Wen Tong, Global CMO
Previously a WPP MBA Fellow, Chien-Wen’s enthusiasm for new technology is matched by a deep understanding of business strategy and brand planning. She has extensive experience in marketing and advertising – most recently working for MEC, OglivyOne, and JWT – and often tapped by CNBC to speak on various broadcast panel discussions as an industry expert. Based in London, she will lead all of POSSIBLE’s future PR & communications.
John Sutherby, Global CTO
John has worked in digital since its inception. He has 25+ years of experience in technology, notably as Global CTO for AKQA, and most recently as Director of Global Digital Technology for GSK. He is an expert on e-commerce, content management, and mobile platforms. His vision will ensure POSSIBLE’s continued technical prowess and seamless execution of great ideas.
Thomas Stelter, VP of Emerging Solutions
With a long history in digital strategy and product management, Thomas began his career as a Global Telecommunications Specialist for the US Marines and went on to lead 1st generation, cloud-based procurement platforms for companies like AOL, Office Depot and Hilton. In this newly created role, Thomas will help POSSIBLE aggressively exploit the potential of new digital platforms. At the onset, he will focus almost exclusively on LinkedIn and Amazon.
Gus Weigel, CFO of the Americas
Gus has over 20+ years experience in Finance and Accounting. As former CFO for POSSIBLE Seattle, he has done an outstanding job of leading the finance, operations, and resourcing functions within our agency. Gus is revered for his mad math skills, ability to partner, and legendary sense of humor. His in-depth operational experience and leadership skills will be an asset to the region moving forward.
